SCRIPTURE: Psalm 42
Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and My God (Psalm 42:11)
OBSERVATION :
The trials and tribulations of life can almost overcome a person, but can never separate us from hope, salvation, and God.
APPLICATION:
In the midst of trials, be they from within or without, one must stop and remember the promise and provision of the Lord’s presence.
PRAYER:
Lord, thank you for being my rock, my hope, and my salvation. Guide me to the font of your love and give me the strength to share you with others.
YIELDING:
I must yield over confidence in my self.
