Pick the verse that speaks to you!
Scripture: How many are your works, O Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number- living things both large and small. There the ships go to and fro and the leviathan, which you formed to frolic there. These all look to you to give them their food at the proper time. When you give it to them, they gather it up; when you open your hand, they are satisfied with good things. When you hide your face, they are terrified; when you take away their breath, they die and return to the dust. When you send your Spirit, they are created and you renew the face of the earth. May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in his works - he who looks at the earth and it trembles, who touches the mountains, and they smoke. I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
Observation: The Lord, God, is an awesome God! Creating every living creature and providing everything that they need when they need it. A powerful God that not only can give, but also destroy. There is so much wonder and admiration for our Lord God.
Application: Take time to look for God. Even when the sky is dark, the rain is heavy, the wind is strong, and the waves are high, know that we have an awesome God and that God is good!
Prayer: Lord, that you for providing for my needs, when I need it. Thank you for your creation around me. Thank you for loving me as your creation and blessing me with family and friends. Forgive me for not looking to you with more trust and faith. You indeed are an awesome God.
Yes: Now is the time to act. Now is the time to sing praises. Now is the time to let people know that we have a God that has not left us, but lives in us!

Scripture:
I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live (vs 23).
Observation:
The entire psalm speaks of God’s great and wonderful creative nature and constant provision. This verse is the reminder to always sing (tell) about God’s grace (love freely given).
Application:
The blowing wind and warm sun are great reminders of God’s love. They cover us and are totally out of our control. The hug from a child and an “I love you” from a friend are also reminders of God’s love. Reasons are all around to sing praises and give thanks.
Prayer
Lord, thank you for all the ways you have given me to know your love. Loosen my tongue to sing your praises.
